Exclusive Corporate Functions
For exclusive use of the Science Center, Venue Rental shall be charged in addition to the Ticket Rate based on Group Size (Private Socials & Functions)

Set-up / Food Arrangement
-SM SDC allows a 2hr advance party (Ingress) on the day of the event for a maximum of 10pax
-An earlier schedule of Ingress shall be subject to Operations Manager’s approval depending on venue’s availability and additional rental charges
-Egress shall be done right after the event
-The company may choose to have their food and beverage supplied by our Food Concessionaires inside SM Mall of Asia
-For Catering Services which client will bring inside SM SDC, a corkage fee of PhP500/dish shall be applied or Supervision Fee PhP10,000 for a full-catering set-up, whichever is higher.
Payment Terms
-A 50% down payment is required upon confirmation of booking, at least 1 month prior to the event date
-Full payment shall be settled 3 days prior to the event date
-Cancellation should be done through a formal letter at least three (3) weeks before the event date
-For cancelled bookings made less than 10 working days, the 50% down payment shall be forfeited in favor of SM Science Discovery Center
